Delivery times for orders shipped within Canada are typically 3-7 business days from shipment, after the initial 1-3 business day processing window. Shipping fees and any free-shipping thresholds will be stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are guidelines and not guarantees; transit may be affected by carrier conditions and local factors.
Returns, refunds & cancellations
Non-food items such as machines and accessories may be eligible for return if they meet the conditions set out in our returns policy and are returned within the allowed period. Food and coffee products are final sale and not returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise stated. If a refund is approved, processing will be completed within seven business days of our receiving the returned item.
Limitation of liability
